Purpose and Scope

This qualification is designed to:

  • Recognise the competence of individuals who  organise and supervise work on construction sites.
  • Validate skills in planning, controlling work methods, allocating resources, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Support progression into site management roles and access to the CSCS Gold Card.

Entry Requirements

Candidates must be employed in a supervisory role within construction.

Should have experience in:

  • Leading teams
  • Managing site operations
  • Understanding construction legislation and standards

Duration

  • Flexible and work based.
  • Typically completed over 6–12 months, depending on experience and pace.
  • Fast-track options may be available for experienced supervisors.
